This is one of my  all time favorite  books (I have lot of  favorites,FYI). This book listed down all the "unexplained" phenomenal that happened including myths, ghost stories and mysteries. Some of the stories already been solved by modern science but many of them still remain as unexplained.

Below is the images of this book's contents. There are stories in here were common to us but many of them were rare. To make this book sound even more amazing, the stories in here actually have been collected, documented and  researched  by the writer himself. He has Dr. before his name, and his intentions for this book was to documented every reported strange phenomenal in the world in one book, find  scientific explanation  for them and open  opportunities  for future  research  to any phenomenal that were failed to be explained before.

All the unexplained phenomenal are separated into different parts of the world and divided into 7 chapters. Take a tour at the images below and the simple  explanation I derived from the book just for you!

Great Britain and Ireland: Anne Boleyn, second wife of Henry VIII(picture)

Royal ghost are famous at Britain. The lists of ghosts including Henry VIII, Elizabeth I and George III. Picture above is Anne Boleyn who was executed on 19 May. On the anniversary of her execution for every year, the sight of her ghost has been reported appeared at Blickling Hall in Norfolk, headless, her head in her lap inside the coach drawn by four headless  horses.

Continental Europe: The Shroud of Turin (picture)

The Shroud of Turin is actually the piece of sheet containing the blurred vision of unidentified man imprinted to it. The picture  above  is the image of the man on the sheet. There are people who believe the man is Jesus  himself and the sheet is the one that was used to  wrapped  his body after he died.

The Middle East and Africa: Pygmy elephant(picture)

The Pygmy elephant was quiet common in the old time. Many of them have been reported seen in many part of the world. However, this elephant was fully grown adult and not juvenile  even though  their  height  was only 2  meters  when standing.

Asia: Common in India, not so common to the West

Levitating is common to Asia and easily accepted here but not by Western. The Western eager to find the  explanation  for it but it still uncover even now.

North America: Skull of Giant?

They were many stories of gigantic people, but do they really exist? and how big actually they were?... The skull above was the remaining of the Lovelock Cave, Nevada. Most of the bones from the site were actually destroyed but there was a skull with related bones succeed to be kept at Museum in Winnemucca, Nevada.

Mesoamerica and South America: The Giant Stone Balls of Costa Rica 

The perfectly spherical shaped stones that were found in Costa Rica in 1930s. The sizes were varied but the huge one up to 2.5 meters across and weighing more than 16 tonnes.

Australasia and Oceania: Sea  monster

I think the picture above is so famous. I, myself have seen it countless time in the internet and of course I'm not buying any of the stories they told. However, in this book, the story of this picture was explained and it sound like the sea monster  in the picture was actually exist.

The famous fairies picture. This one seem believable at first.  After all, no one can prove otherwise.  Even Sir Arthur Conan  Doyle (Sherlock Holmes)  astonished by it!

Green Kitten anyone?!

Voynich Manuscript: The weird and totally mysterious book. It contained weird handwriting and pictures. This book was written by many different people who is unidentified and span years to complete. Amazingly, researcher thought that this manuscript contained very important information due to the vast contents and weird languanges. However, no one able to translate it yet so it still remained mysterious.

Jake the Alligator Man:  Man made  or what? Jake is actually not a human. Jake have  upper half  of monkey skeleton attached skilfully to the body of small crocodile. This picture is also famous on the internet.

I like this one. I do not care  whether  it was a fraud or not. It seem magical for me. And no one  should  break the magic by expose the magician secret(sound familiar right)

Too  beautiful  to live for. Was that why they all died? It just one piece of very beautiful jewelry to me
