Greek mythology famous with the story of their God, the  Demigod  and the  magnificent  beast. I'm sure that all of us familiar with Zeus, Hades, Poseidon, Athena, Heracles, Medusa, Cerberus and many more. Their stories are Hollywood's  favorite  to turn into movie. Just imagine how magical and godly the movie will turn out. My favorite  Greek-myths-turned-to-movie movie is Clash of The Titan (the one Sam Worthington was the hero). However, the movies tends to bended the stories a little bit from the real mythology. If you are really interested on the real deal of Greek Mythology in a interesting, simple way of explanation, you really should get this book. With this book, you will finally understand the origin of all the god, where they all came from, who son of whom, how wicked they were(not all of them of course) and how human they were. The book is quiet big, but it perfect for the illustration in there. The stories  were well explained in  chronology  order. You will find that every characters have connection with each other and sometime it became quiet confusing. The characters that appeared in the earlier stories will reappeared again and again in the later stories. But, do not become stress with that because we read it for the enjoyment not because we want to study it.

I borrowed this book from my university's library, hence, I do not have idea where you can find this book in Malaysia.

Narcissus look down and fell in love with the reflection of himself (oh yeah, he  was so handsome)

Heracles seized monstrous lion  in one of ten labors he ought to do

Family tree of  Greek  God. The one at the bottom of page is Aphrodite. She was the only god not related to the other god. Aphrodite was the goddess of love

Persephone met again with her mother after been kidnapped by Hades to live in the underworld. Persephone was a wife of Hades

The god that were died were put as stars in the sky and become constellation

Pandora released Greed, Vanity, Slander, Envy and all miseries when she opened the jar
